Working Ethic of Dr. Frank Vella and associated staff and employees.

All information on this website is posted with good intention, honesty and integrity. Visiting this website does not replace a face to face consultation and should not be regarded as such. The information is provided as a step for you to take on the way to making a fully informed and confident decision regarding any potential treatment or procedure.

Our code of conduct is outlined as follows:

• At all times, we strive to have a client/ doctor relationship based on honesty and trust
• At all times, your personal information is regarded as confidential and is respected as such.
• At all times, we provide only factual information about our services and products.
• At all times we ensure information is given in a manner which the client can understand
• Always gain signed consent at first consultation or for any new procedure to be undertaken.
• Provide an honest assessment of what is achievable and the best potential outcome of any treatment or service.
• At all times, we put the needs of our clients first putting aside our own personal views.
• Always have an open line of communication with all of our clients
• At all times observe personal boundaries with clients
• Never offer or suggest a treatment which is inappropriate for any individual.
• We are at liberty to refuse a treatment or service that is requested if it is concluded it is not in the best interests of the client.
• Always responding to any complaint or concern by a client, first ascertaining they have followed pre and post treatment instructions.
• Endeavour at all times to correct and resolve any complaint or concern expressed by a client, where the doctor is satisfied that pre and post treatment instructions have been followed.
• Endeavour at all times to co-ordinate your appointment, consultation and post treatment care constructively and professionally.
• We continue in our training and education to always be able to offer you the most advanced and appropriate treatments and service
• If your treatment is to be referred on: ensure that there will be a continuity of care and only the best possible referral will be recommended based on your needs and requests.
• At all times the strictest hygiene standards are observed and adhered to.
• At all times adhering to the guidelines set by regulatory bodies.
