Dr Frank Vella is a cosmetic physician with 20 years experience in Cosmetic and skin cancer treatment and 30 years experience as a medical practitioner.

Dr Vella believes in the practice of cosmetic harmony; which involves listening to the patient and addressing the whole face in a gradual way. His extensive experience has shown him that patients that get too much done in one session can end up drawing attention to the parts that haven’t been treated. Dr Vella is very hands-on, and believes in creating subtle and youthful changes to your appearance that will not give your secret away.

Dr. Vella is an active member of the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia (CPSA) attending the annual conference on a regular basis. He is also a fellow of and past examiner for The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and attends industry events and medical conferences monthly, in order to stay abreast of the latest advancements in cosmetic medicine.

Dr. Vella performs cosmetic procedures at locations in Sydney and Central Coast and strives to offer the highest quality non surgical anti-aging treatments and lip enhancement.

He obtained his medical degree, a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University Of Sydney in 1992 and completed his hospital training and employment in primarily surgical and emergency medicine rotations in both metropolitan and rural settings. On entering General Practice the majority of his work has focused on non-surgical anti-aging, skin cancer diagnosis and treatment and preventative health/health promotion. From there, it was a natural progression into cosmetic medicine.

Dr Vella has undertaken training for the treatment and diagnosis of skin cancer through the Skin Cancer College of Australia and New Zealand and The University of Queensland.

He has performed as a trainer in the field of non-surgical anti-aging treatments,for the manufacturer of dermal fillers.

Doctor Frank Vella also provides a comprehensive range of cosmecuticals – products scientifically formulated to reverse the effects of sun damage and pigmentation. He has had recognised training and accreditation in a wide range of Anti-Aging Treatments such as Muscle Relaxing Injections, Dermal Fillers and Skin Cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Frank Vella was born and raised in Sydney.

Dr Frank Vella is the founder of Wrinkledoctor and About Skin Laser and Cosmetic Medicine and strives to offer the most advanced treatments and the latest technologies for all non surgical anti-aging treatments and lip enhancement.

About Skin Laser and Cosmetic Medicine offers a multi-centre service for the treatment of hair removal, skin pigmentation and photo-rejuvenation. Dr Vella also offers medical laser resurfacing for the treatment of facial pigmentation, age and sun related wrinkles and photorejuventation.

Dr Vella works with clients in Sydney, Terrigal and all around the Central Coast.
